smartbmsutility.com is built to use as little browser storage as possible. Right now, it sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies at all.

The one thing it does store is a small entry in your browser's local storage (not a cookie in the technical sense) that remembers whether you accepted or rejected the cookie banner, so we don't ask again on every visit. This is strictly necessary for the banner to function and isn't used for tracking.

If we add analytics in the future (for example, to see which pages are useful), it will only load after you accept the cookie banner — rejecting keeps it off. Any such analytics would be configured to anonymize IP addresses and would be documented here before it goes live, not silently added.

The contact form on this site sends its data directly to Web3Forms, and the newsletter signup sends your email to Brevo — both over a direct network request, not through an embedded widget, so neither sets a cookie in your browser as part of that integration.
