Activate Debug Mode

In the following we describe how you can activate the debugmode in our app to help us analysing any kind of issue.

Open our App and go to app settings in the top right corner.
Doubletap on the settings title at the top of the screen.
After this at the bottom of the screen a new section named “Debugmode” should be unlocked.
Turn on the switch.
Now go back to the main Screen were all the devices are listed.
You can go ahead and connect to your device.
Everything you do after turning on the switch will be written in the logfile.
Perform the action that is causing your issue and where we need to collect information and errors.

After all the needed data is collected you can go back to the settings screen.
The “Export Log” button In the debugsection should now be activated and you can click it.
A dialog will pop up where you can choose a place to save the logfile or you can send it directly to us via email.
