BLE - Scanner

With the BLE Scanner we are able to take a look at the configuration of your bluetooth dongle. This will help us identify any kinds of issues.

Go to your app store and download the app named “BLE Scanner”.
Find your Battery in the List and hit the green “Connect” Button on the right side.
Below this text there are three screenshots. Take a look at them and screenshots the same screens on your phone.
After that send us the screenshots and we can analyse the data.
